Woman calls says our Business account has been turned over to her because we are paying too much for our Centurylink long distance. She is going to lower our bill but just needs to verify some information. When I tell her I cannot verify anything over the phone, she says I will get a follow up letter stating what we had talked about. I asked if she could email it to me. She then hangs up on me.
Insists she is calling from Century Link and is going to lower the phone bill. Pain in the butt. I hung up on her and she called back 3 or 4 times and i didn't answer.
