Who called from 7199820000

They have called 10 times in the last week. We are suppose to be on the "do not call " list!! They don't leave a message! I wish they would stop calling! What can you do to get off their list??

Caller ID states D B.   I must get a zillion calls for home loans.

spam calls, several times a day. no message, no person if call answered

Must be a robo dialer.  They are calling 4-5 times a day. I am on the DNC list.
