Who called from 7202000326

these people keep calling my cell phone. i have no idea who they are, but they leave various messages on my voicemail. i actually picked up the phone with out looking the other day and spoke to a man named john. after a few minutes of telling him that i didnt know a shawndra or a sara johnson, that ive had this number for 9 years and have been in the army for 10 years now he kept hounding me. he told me to pay or he was going to ruin my army career and call my commanding officer etc. he then told me he would take everything i have fought for away if i didnt pay a bill. i have no idea what he is talking about, but this guy really pissed me off. same problem with pallasades...they are collecting from at&t...funny thing is ive never had an at&t account..i even called at&t and they told me they have never heard of me...i told them well apparently pallasades is trying to collect 1400 dollars from me for a bill i never had. apparently Pallasades has class action suits against them. please, if anyone knows how to get them removed from my credit report (ive done the 45 day dispute with the creditors and havent recieved anything..that was 6 months ago) please email me at: [email protected] and let me know. thank you so much.

Got a call from 720-200-0326.  Left a voice mail for me with "if you are not gelkat, then please hang up; if you listen to this message you acknowledge you are gelkat...."  Sounded like some legalese was coming so I hung up.  I do not wish to acknowledge who I am to some randon stranger!

Does anyone know if what the rest of the spiel is?  Whether it violates any Fair Debt Collection practices?

This company call our neighbor and told her this was a personal matter and wanted my husbands phone number. We don't even know these neighbors only to say hi when we see then. She left a note on our door to call 720-200-0326. If this is illigal we would love to sue them for all of the pain and embarresment it has caused so many people who fallen on hard times and are having to file bankruptcy. He said that his company name was Professional Debt Collections or PDC. and  his name was Adam Mueller.

These idiots keep calling my cell phone looking for a "Michelle Jones". This person probably made up the number or gleaned it from someone. I have told them many times a Michelle Jones is not associated with this number and they are chewing up my cell minutes and that I've had this number for over 15 years. The calls stop for about 3 months and then start again. I reported them to the FTC on the FTC website. The few people who were cool that I talked too verified her given address and mine were not the same and the socials did not match so no ID theft to worry about. And don't worry, I didn't give these idiots any of my full info, LOL... I do think this is a legitimate debt but when their trail goes cold I think they "reopen" the cases and just try whatever number is associated with the file to see if they can generate any kind of recovery or new info. I think this is a bad business practice once it's been verified the numbers are not associated with the original debtor. Morons!

These folks or smart they work under ground calling cell phone from restricted # and call land lines (Prof-Bur-Of-Col) if you get a lot of restricted # on your cell phone guess who!
