I received a phone call on January 27, 2011 at 1:07 CT from the number 720-213-1869. The gentleman that called me was of Indian decent and wanted to know if I knew a person by the name of Carole <redacted>. I notified him that I knew of said person and that the caller needed to confirm Carole's identity because she was being investigated for financial fraud. I asked the caller why he was inquiring about Carole <redacted> and why he was contacting me and not Carole directly. His answer was, I was listed as a reference to Carole's financial matters. I refused to share any more personal information with the caller and abruptly end the call. I believe that this is a debt collector impersonating as a lawyer and/or law firm
I recieved a phone call from 7202131869 and they left a message saying they were a officers and I needed to call them back. Then a couple days later my close friend recieves a phone call from them saying that I had her as a reference. And that I needed to contact them. I personally think something is up with them. I dont trust them.

I just got a call on Feb. 3 twice in the morning then they left a message. the guy sounded like a Indian decent. He said that it was from a law firm of Jackson attorney at law and investigations. Then he called again later and I answered and he told me if i new a person which he spelled out the name and gave me the social security. this name and social security number belongs to my brother. I told this person that I did not knew the name and when I what was about he said that they would be calling me again. Later I asked my brother about this and he has no clue what this is about. I told him that he need to call the social security office and tell them that someone is using his social security number.
