Called my cell at 11:05. Asked for an Edward. I asked for the surname of the Edward they were looking for and they put the phone down without saying anything further. There used oto be an Edward associated with my number and based on history I am assuming it was from a debt collector. They did not identify who they were calling from or why they were calling.
