This is a solicitation for donations for breast cancer "support" for an organization that is consistently rated as "bad" by those who rate non-profits. Very little of the money they collect goes to the cause for which they collect. Most of it goes to professional fundraisers and the "executives" that front the organization itself.
The "call" is pre-recorded dialogue being listened into by a live person (probably not an American native-English speaker) who selects the responses based on what you say.
So, if I ask, as I always do: "Is this a recording or a live person," they will respond that it is a "live person," which is I suppose technically true in that a live person is listening and selecting responses, but is not really engaging in a true dialogue.
I always ask them to repeat an unlikely word or phrase to test whether the person speaking is "real." In nearly every instance they end the call at that point. Then I block the number. I usually ask them to repeat "supercalifradgalistic."
