Its a recruiting recording for someone.  Hung up on the 303 number, Didn't answer the 720.

Mysterious call from 303-951-8206  identified as SWAN
Often get calls with no id available and hangup[
Its like its a bouncing phone call from one number to the next
Is this a way to avoid "payment"?

Thank you for your posting. I think they give you a confusing website so they have "permission" to keep calling.
