Received a robo-call ( with computer generated voice reading a script ) from 720-229-881 on 4/6/2016, identifying themselves as the I.R.S. saying they have been trying to reach me and that they have "opened a case" on me. Not how the IRS works, they always communicate with taxpayers through the US Mail system.
