I have paid the balance, and have a payment agreement (email confirmation) for fees with the original biller. They will not stop calling my work and cell number.
I have been getting calls from this number repeatedly asking for "Annette Porter" saying they are trying to collect debts! It is getting really ridiculous. Every time I tell them it's a wrong number, and they act like I am lying. I am about to report this business to the BBB!!
They call, the message is very garbled but state they have a file ready for review. The company is called Professional Account Recovery and the number they state to call is 844-839 something. But the name on my phone shows Alpha Creations.
Looking for the business owner to collect debts due check fraud and malicious activitiy. Called a personal cell phone and asked to be transferred to HR. Made nuemerous assumptions and mistakes in order to fool or get information.
I just got a call at my job from a Brad Steward who said he was with TR Associates, when I tried to get some information from him he couldn't provide anything.
Got a call saying from Professional Asset Recovery Services 720-230-0759. Can't give me original documents to say who I supposedly borrowed money from. Argumentative on the phone. Tell them I am at work will call later. Very unprofessional.
