Called 2/09/17 @ 5:37 PM MST and left a message. This call was from Rebecca Bradley with Keller Williams - "My Home Team", except they are NOT my home team.

Hey "Becky" (which was how you identified yourself on the call) - SINCE WHEN ARE REALTORS EXEMPT FROM THE NATIONAL AND STATE DO-NOT-CALL LISTS?
This is the second call in a week from a realtor wanting to sell my house or sell me a new one. Does Keller Williams support illegal sales calls? Do they condone unethical practices by their representatives? Do you care Becky, or are you just ignorant? Having demonstrated your lack of concern for the law or anything other than yourself, I would never - never - entrust you with any transaction.

Just another greasy salesperson, ignorant enough to actually identify themself, so as to allow reporting to the FCC at https://www.fcc.gov/stop-unwanted-calls. DEFINITELY SPAM.

Dear sir/ma'am
I apologize that my call:message disturbed you. As it was a courtesy call to inform you about an open house in your area, it was not a solicitation. It was not a request to sell you anything.

As far as I have been informed it does not fall under the DNC laws but I will check with our lawyer to ensure that is accurate on my side Monday morning.

Please accept our apology and be assured I would not request that you use my team in any transaction now or anytime in the future.

Have a good weekend and God Bless

I realize most brokers have to call people about possible leads, but,  unless we as customers

(1)  request information from a broker or
(2)  have indicated that we might be interested in selling, or
(3)  have given our consent to be called, by way of some previous communication,

cold calls from real estate people are generally not appreciated.  They are disruptive and annoying.  Especially at the end of the day when the family is preparing dinner and wanting some quiet time.

It'd be a good idea to check out the DNC rules.

Dear Helpful, Polite, Considerate, Pleasant, Cordial, Trustworthy and COURTEOUS BECKY:

YOU'RE A FAKE. The tone and content of your reply tell us everything we need to know about YOU -

Your reply says that your call was a "COURTESY CALL" - and not a solicitation. Really.

I retained the recording that you left. You relate the date and time of an Open House to be held this weekend, giving the address, describing the type of home and features, and the price. You go on to say that "if I know of anyone who's interested in moving into the area and wants a new home, or if I'm looking to make the transition myself" come by and see you there.

Do you actually think that anyone who reads this, or receives a call like yours, buys "COURTESY" as a true representation of your intent?

YOU'RE DISINGENUOUS: lacking in candor; giving a false appearance of simple honesty or sincerity. That is to say, YOU are dishonest, insincere AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

And if you want to bring God into it, unless you are literally a psychopath, sociopath, or completely lacking any insight or self-discernment, YOU ALREADY KNOW THE TRUTH.

P.S. - CWG40, you pretty much hit the nail on the head, in a somewhat less emotional fashion.
