Ignore it. Alfalfa has excellent advice a few posts above yours. You would not be warned if a complaint was filed and you certainly will NOT give up any rights to a pathetic collector.
This is Wayne Jackson-no company name-same message as above. Called me at work and left message on work phone-no calls to my home phone. Threatened legal action and gave me 72 hours to respond or press 0. Sounds of all center in background.
Just got a call from the number listed above, caller id says heat and air co. Of sorts lol. Called and left message about some serious dept problems that I have and to urgently return her call or face serious penalty... but there's a problem..
I don't own any back accounts or debit/credit cards, just a refillable one for the movie box. Don't fall for it, especially if they sound very tacky doing so lol, a busy office recording right by the phones' speaker, that's not obvious!
