Harrassing people isn't helping anything.
They need to get their information straight.
Had always paid on time when I'd been
with Verizon. Changed providers, number
still calls!
I have called them several times, and don't owe them any money and they are still saying that I owe them money, my bill is current and up to date. Been getting calls for three days, and I called and talked to customer service.
