I just spoke to an actual Verizon customer support person. If Verizon was to call you it would be from an 800 number. The local stores are not allowed to pull up your account unless you are in the store. Don't give this number or 303-731-2488 your account information. This is some dort of scam.
I answered and the guy was a real jerk. Told me he was offering assistance to collect a tax debt on someone who doesn't live here nor answers to MY personal phone number. He was terrible so I told him off
This number did not call me. I replied via email to a house rental ad on Craigslist. The person emailed back with this phone number listed, and signed his name John Oluwatobi. The person was obviously a scammer who couldn't write proper English. He also put in a lot of irrelevant, religious mumbo-jumbo. He wanted to rent the house to us without being able to let us see inside. I Googled the address he gave us for the house, and it was an address for a different house than the one pictured in the ad. Total scammer!
