It looks like this number belongs to Level III Communications, LLC. Seems like they are a networking company who can grow a company offering data service, bandwith, internet stuff, etc... I am not sure what they would be calling for. There is also a site with the same name called superlawyers.com but it was the only small listing found aside from the countless webpages for the investor and media relations company.
When you call this number it identifies itself as "Diversified Consultants". They are debt collectors used by Verizon and other companies and are calling my number by mistake. I have asked they remove my number from their lists and somehow I still get calls from them.
