Keeps calling for one of my employees

I beleive its a phone solicitor calling on behalf of windshield replacement companys. We have told them not to call but it doesnt seem to help.

CALL IT  BACK, SAYS NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED... HOW THE CRAP CAN THESE IDIOTS CALL ON A DISCONNECTED NUMBER!

Because the number they are calling from is not what you see on your caller ID.
Spoofing caller ID is easy to do with the right equipment, the kind of which only those who want to scam or steal from you use.
