Caller said they were looking for a specific person and they were calling from equipment now. The call sounded as if it was coming from a call center, so I googled the # and saw that it was a telemarketer. Left him on hold and he hung up on his own.
They call with a Subscription Renewal that we don't even subscribe to! They call my place of business asking for the "owner" (4 times a day every day) they will not leave a call back number and the "owner" is not on site to take calls (hence the reason I am here) I have told them this and they just continue to call, I have been rudely hung up on numerous times when I try to get a call back number so that they can stop calling and tying up our busy customer phone lines. Its a one way street, rude reps that should be terminated! Never have I seen a credible company with this type of "customer service" which leads me to believe that they are scam artists! BEWARE!
Caller ID says QVD, but there isn't anyone on the other line. Called the number back, and it says that the number is disconnected. Really!!! Stop calling then...
This number calls in several times a day. I've noticed it coming in for a few weeks now. I've never answered and I never will. And they have never left a message. The caller ID shows up as Graven Austin.
