If you were to actually look things up, you'd know that they are legit. Bbb is a credible source for that type of info. Try not to be so uninformed in the future.
You can't trust the BBB. Businesses pay them off for a good rating. Anytime I see the word "Financial" or "Loan" come up on my caller id at work, I don't even bother answering it. Reporting these scumbags to the BBB is an absolute was of time.
They call and claim we have a tax lien. When pressed that the state would have informed us of that, they said they were an agency of the state. They were collecting on behalf of the state. Hung up on them.
