I got a call from this number and on my caller ID it listed IBEW9-MSECA; He said that he had information regarding a tax matter. I told him that I didn't want anything to do with him as the caller ID listed "IBEW" . To me this was the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and I told him I was not happy with them and hung up. He then proceeded to call me back twice and I didn't answer the phone. He left a message that said "[***]".
