My call said I had recently filled out an application for a Pay Day Loan and it had been approved and here is the approval code. Thing is I haven't filled out an application for a loan of that sort. I tried to get some sort of number to call back, but you can't. When I did call the number back a recording came on simply saying if you wish to be put on our "do not" call list push 9. I did so, but now I'm concerned that someone has done this saying it's me and it is NOT.
I received a weird call from this number. A recording saying that it was a man named Ryan Ridley has been hired to do an investigation on someone who lives at this address and that the client who hired him said it was ok to call the client directly @888-893-3078 to settle this matter. I just got this phone number 3 days ago. Do not call this number back. There are similar postings in this forum with 720 area codes, and a man named Ryan w/PSV, but his last name is not Ridley. This is obviously a scam.
This guy uses many names. They call & threaten to send you to jail, etc.etc... They are ALL ex cons and change phone numbers all the time thinking you wont realize it the same people. They told me once they were coming over to my house, I told them come on im waiting for you!!! Geez its been over a month now and im still waiting for the A@@ to come over so I can kick it...LOL People do not worry about these idiots. There is nothing they can do to you. They are just scammers trying scare tactics to get some poor fool to fall for it.
This is the second time I've gotten a call from them.....they first said my property would be taken now they're saying I'm being sued when I ask questions they can never give info its always call this other number.... idk how they even got my phone # but I'm sick of it! I hope the police cracks down on them for harrasment!
Thanks for posting. I received a phone call from them too and suspected as much. No legal entity calls and doesn't offer a connection to some brick and mortar place of business. No lawyer would discuss a case by leaving a message.
