Who called from 7203071361

numbers from different area codes calls early  mornings, and some evening ,  but  never speak which disturbs me and on few occasions my  phone number was calling me ??????????????? how can I prevent this ?

They have called me 8 times in a 6 hour period just today alone. No one is there each time as soon as I answer the person on the other end hangs up
