So... sometimes they say Elkhurst Communications, sometimes Opinion Poll... Sounds fishy to me. I didn't answer. I don't give orivste informwtion to strangers. In any event, even if they were pollsters (which I doubt), why would I give intimate information about my thoughts for free, to strangers, without knowing who they really are, who pays them, for what purpose, and who else they will share (sell for profit) the information with? They basically would be asking me without paying me for my time and opinion. AND... they tried to bother me on a Sunday night! They want to make money at my expense? Harumpf!
When fundraisers called me, the CID declared which party was calling. I am so emotionally bruised from this election, and still receiving residua of it. Yaknow, I am thinking I am starting to remember at least this area code and prefix in the past, and it wasn't about the election... who knows <shrug>. When I was a child, my parents taught me when babysitting not to open the door to strangers or give information to strangers on the phone. I think it's still a good rule, as an adult. But who they are, you will have to scroll back and see if anyone else answered and spoke to them. People have a right to earn a living, but not at my expense. And why do they chsnge their name on CID if they're real?
Yep, it's the local Colo. Democratic Party asking for donations to bring Hillary back in four years. Ya know, the caller sounder very much like Hillary.....
