Unknown caller calls twice per day and leaves a message about "needed updates to your Reverse Mortgage."  Caller ID is missing, so my phone then supplies "Out of area" instead.  I've also gotten this type of "information" via USPS, too, so it's probably a scam.  (Our mortgage company says nothing has changed nor needs to be.)
