We received this call at 7:30 am and 1:15 pm today. Claims on answering machine message to be IRS and we MUST respond. Of course we didn't.

Scammers pretending to be IRS. In robotic voice - "This is to let you know that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you". Mostly likely a spoofed number too. Block it.
