I kept getting calls from this number with no message so I decided to answer it today.  Turns out this is "Transworld Systems" a collection agency.  If you indeed owe someone money that turned you over to them, they will use every call they make to you as a record of contact in their report even if they didn't talk to you.  This is only important if you are disputing your charges and/or if you are trying to clean up your credit report by requesting debts to be removed that are over 7 yrs old.  They will report that they have made contact with you several times and so the 7 year rule starts all over again.
