I cancelled Comcast and they gave/sold my number to a company pretending to be Comcast. then after turning in my equipment this # calls me that night. The place you turn in your equipment used to have a DMV like take a number system. they took it out and now make everyone wait in one very long line. comcast has such bad service when leaving them, in addition to them not caring if you leave. I will always try to not purchase anything they offer or a company they own offers.
It's definitely Comcast in the Denver area. I'm holding for an agent now.
I'm not behind on my bill, but I almost added phone to my internet service the other day, but waited because customer service was horrible, and they were calling back to follow up.
I've gotten several calls from this number. It usually hangs up when I answer. However, today, a real live human asked to speak to "Mr. or Mrs. Jackson." I said this was she. And then they hung up . . . Nice.
I have got this calls everyday at 1:00pm. They never left message. I did not pick up and did the search this number in internet It comes from Denver, CO. I will block this phone number.
