very rude representative called asking for the owner with demanding voice tone. Stated the salon have changed the new ownership, but kept on asking who is he speaking with and once told him "I am the receptionist and will take his contact infos for the new owner;" he hung up without saying a word. Caller ID showed as NOVA Financial 7203283659 and would called every other day either him or another woman.

Have received two phone calls from this company within 30 minutes offering "tax services" to take care of a non-existent tax lien. They demand to know the name of the business, and owners names, etc., which you would think they would have if they are calling about a tax lien. They claim they are not trying to sell anything, but I must give them all of our personal information so that they can help. Checked directly with the state to make sure there were no tax liens just in case there was something I didn't know and there are no liens on my business. Continued harassment of the business and staff will result in immediate legal action.
Nick: I apologize for the two telephone calls that were made to you. My sales associates double-check the name of the business to ensure it matches with tax lien information- and to ensure they are not speaking out of turn about sensitive financial matters with employees. We receive lien information from the County Recorders office in the county where you reside. The lien filings only contain the business name, they do not identify business owners. We attempt only to speak with the owner about the lien filings as not to alert employees and staff.
It sounds as though we simply have the wrong telephone number- we apologize for that inconvenience. If you requested that my associate not contact you again I can assure you no additional calls will be made from my company. Please be advised that there are several companies in the Denver-are that do this type of work and I cannot ensure that they will not be calling.
If you have any other issues on this matter, please contact me directly. I take these matters very seriously and will do what it take to see the matter resolved. Thank you.
The controller at my company handles all tax matters directly with the IRS. All calls from any companies such as Nova Financial are blacklisted and will not be able to reach my phone, much less the owner of the business. I may "just" be the administrative assistant for my company, but I can assure that I have enough on plate without having to deal with these vultures. I don't have time for this crap, so stop calling- you won't get anywhere. That is something I can promise you.
I assure you our policy is not to continue to contact taxpayers who request we not call back. This issue is being addressed internally with the employee.
If anyone from Nova contacts your company again, I urge you to contact me directly. We work extremely hard for our clients and value our reputation, and as President of the company I am taking this matter seriously. Thank you.
