My company received a call from one of your representatives who was anything but pleasant. He didn't introduce himself, just wanted to speak with someone to inpart tax information. We don't transfer calls without a contact name, and solicitations must be put in writing and mailed. He protested the designation of his inquiry as such, but that is our policy. He started yelling, so I hung up.
