Who called from 7203286303

This guy called 20 times last night about a Windows Computer.  I told him I don't have one and to stop calling.  He kept calling and got really rude.

Got this call when I answer d no reply, upon my second "Hello?" a machine answered with "goodbye". Tired of getting scam calls every day!

Got a call and said hello twice and nothing. Hung up. Had this same number call the last couple of days. Very annoying.

Wanted information about my computer. A scam, beware!

This number has been calling every day for about the last week - sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. No one is ever on the other end of the call. It's completely silent for about 15 or 20 seconds and then it's like a beep and an automated voice says "goodbye" and it disconnects.  I'm getting real sick of these calls.
