Said I had requested a loan to go back to schoo but had not followed through. When I said I had not applied for a loan, she switched to saying that "publishers" were going to reward me for my past business. I said that I had no dealings with publishers and didn't know what she was talking about. She said it was my magazine subscriptions. I told her I didn't subscribe to any magazines. I said I was on the do not call list and she was making an illegal call. She said it wasn't. I hung up.
