My father had a call here in Spain. With Whatsapp code incl. He doesn't speak english.....
Next time he won't accept the call and remove everything quick
It was around 2am when I received a call from this number. I was asleep as I received the call so was not able to get it. I tried calling back several times since a phonecall at 2am could be sonething important or urgent. There was no answer whatsoever. Im really annoyed by this
I received a text from this number today. It says it is a messenger cross-platform mobile messaging app for IPhone, Blackberry, Android, Window Phones and Nokia. can send text, video, images and audio for free. about an hour later Ireceivedan automated call from this number and it gave me a code to call. I am not going to do anything with it as not sure what or where it is except it originates from Colorado it seems.
Calling at different times of the day and week. Called at 4 in the morning today and woke everybody up. Sometimes an app code. I don't answer because the number is unknown to me.
Level 3 Communications is not a designation. It is an entity. You can look it up and find out what it is. I suspect that someone else uses their services to cover their own tracks. Thought this might help.
