No caller ID given.  Presumed telemarketer.

Rang 3 times, no msg.

Called again.  This time, a single ring, followed closely thereafter by multiple rings.  No caller ID given.

My phone rang and when I answered there was nothing.
Hung up but decided to see where it came from and noticed it was out going??????
This isn't the first time the same number has called, but this is the first time it shower up as an outgoing call.
Called the number back, a Spanish speaking person answered then hung up.

Says it's a dish network rep.
