I got a message from US Bank about my Credit card account. I do not use US Bank, so I called my credit card company. There was no problem. I called 720-361-1455 and only got a busy signal. Who is sending these texts?

I don't bank with this Company and the Bank I do do business with DOES NOT have my cell#. I think that these SCAMMERS/THIEVES should be stripped of EVERYTHING they have for the [***] they put honest working people through!!!
I got a txt from 419 260 "(please contact Fifth Third Bank @ 720 361 1455) MasterCard Accnt Issue. I do not have any accounts with 5/3 Bank and Since when do banks send txt messages unless the customer requests them?
