This is a scam call. The caller asks for a random person and when you say they have the wrong number they go into their speil by saying "maybe you can help me then" it's a phony fundraising call. Web searching the number shows no connection to a cancer charity.
I finally had to block the number because they were relentless. I answered twice and twice told them I was not interested but that didn't seem to deter them so I blocked it.
