Called and left a voicemail that was silent.

No Voice Mail

Called my VOIP phone # in Colorado 2 times. No message, just 4 seconds of silence. I do not monitor this phone, it's just for making long distance calls.
Other sites have found this number to be a sweepstakes scam.

Called 10/28/16 and 1/27/17, left a short and silent voice-mail both times.

Have called twice and each time leave a 4 second silent voice mail
