Who called from 7203862814

When you call the number back, it's a rapid busy signal.  Apparently spoofed.

It was a fax signal. I blocked the number.

This company called FAXHALT has called my home morning,noon and night for months. When I answer the call all it does is beep very,very loudly.No person ever speaks. I have blocked this number and then the same company calls again with the name FAXHALT  on the caller ID with several other numbers.I have blocked these numbers all under the caller ID name of FAXHALT. I have blocked 720 386 2741, 720 386 2884, 720 386 2732, 720 386 2814, and  720 370 9246. All these numbers come up under the caller ID name of FAXHALT.What is this company and what are they calling for?
