She called me from JCN the Judicial Crisis Network,but hang up abruptly when I said I couldn't understand her.

Just another SPAMMER...when is this crap gonna stop.... tired of blocking numbers...over 200+ now.

Keeps calling Caller ID Shows CHQ...My blocker drops it out after 1st ring.  They're not even smart enough to realize they will never get through.  Century Link (my provider for 2 more weeks only after 46 years) could stop this, but they don't.  Other states require phone companies to block spam calls like this, Colorado does not.... and many other states don't either.
