Who called from 7204039678

Man spoke very fast and low.  I had to ask him several times to repeat.  Finally made out that he was asking for money for "police benevolent fund".  When I asked him how much the police get, he kept repeating "Colorado state law requires that I tell you that they get UP TO 50%".  I told him that wasn't good enough and that I would give directly to my police department and then said "good-bye".

Called and went to my VM, long message but didn't speak for a long time. Toward the end of the meassage mans voice kept saying "hello, hello" call ended

Man barked like a dog and hung up, pretty cool huh.

Called, answered to play with the caller (I never get any legitimate calls), and they hung up after I screamed Hello for the third time. Ah well.

Hit recorder and kept saying, hello, hello, hello...
