Got a voicemail this morning saying I was an emergency contact for a distant nephew (who I doubt would use me as an emergency contact or would even know my phone number). Seemed fishy; I didn't return call. (other sites have this number marked as 'unsafe')
Claim you are an emergency contact and that the person they are looking for has a warrant and either need a call back or you need to pay the fine yourself to avoid getting arrested.
