I received several calls from this telephone number on October 4, 2014. Every time this person called, no message was left until the most recent call. I did not recognize the voice, which sounded like a man, and it sounded like he was speaking another language. I speak English, Spanish, and Italian and it was definitely not any one of those. I searched for this number online and found that some other people have reported the number, saying it was an emergency number used for solicitation purposes.
