I tried calling back and said on the recorded message, "the subscriber you are calling is not in service.". I put it on my call reject list.  This is the second one got today, the other was a different number.  Have not gotten these calls in a while, as I mostly have my phone on airplane mode, unless I am using it, but today, I had it off airplane mode and getting these nutty calls again!
