It appears they called with an autodialer, which had a recorded message advising a neighbor had referred me. I havereceived numerous unwanted calls regarding home security, never asked anyone about home security!
I did recently look into home security with two companies, frontpoint and skycover. Skycover's number was an Oregon number once, and when I commented about the location the rep said it's a different area code/number each time on their dialer. I didn't take the call today since I didn't recognize the number.
