"......Your household had been selected to receive a 5 star all inclusive luxury vacation and a free cruise. Press 1 now to speak to a representative. If your not interested please press 2." I guess their computer started talking before my voice mail started recording but no harm done since this seems to be the scam going around these days. Of course I would have to have a credit card to cover the minor stuff that isn't included in the free cruise. Might be fun to play some games with them as it's sometime fun to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person. Maybe next time as I'm sure they will call back at some point.
I don't generally answer unrecognized area codes on this particular line. No VM left. CID Denver CO

I don't answer either. Being a pet sitter by trade, this is the time of year , our high season, in which people who hail from out of town & whom now reside in Boston & live w/pets but who still go home for the holidays will go down a list of names from the internet & call local companies until they reach someone who answers.
Callers could be legit but I'll never know because the spam scam spoofing scum callers have made it prohibitive for me to answer my phone ever again. To those how want to report the calls you don't answer and a caller who doesn't leave a message ? It truly sucks but there is nothing we can do about it, that much is sickeningly obvious. Reporting has proven useless, I used to do it - the forms force the reporting entity to enter their own information about 5 times , then you get inundated with reply messages about all the things the govt. agency cannot do about it but informing *you* of the steps *you* might take next to further report. it gets really old after a while, especially when absolutely nothing changes.
