Who called from 7204525527

"Circulation" on Caller ID.  Calls twice a day, and the call is disconnected as soon as I answer it.

Called ID said DENVER.  As soon as answered as a business, they hang up.  Not the first time they called.  At least 4-5 times /week.  Rather annoying.

called my employer today. no message.

Called and claimed to be from Institutional Investor magazine and wanted to update my address for my free subscription. This number has called several times and hung up as soon as I answered. This is the second time they have made the same "free offer". Told them I wasn't interested the first time, but apparently that didn't matter.

Answered call and there was only silence on the line for about 15 seconds and then the caller hung up on me.  Was very strange like I was being stalked by a crazy person that did not want to talk to me, weird.  Will block this caller.  Caller ID was Circulation, Denver, CO.
