Got a call from this number, the caller ID says frat ord police, I answer the phone nobody said anything, you can use *57 to trace previous phone calls after you hang up from the call, call *57 and your phone company will trace that call.
Called ID says Police Benevolent Association. These are almost always paid solicitors who work on a very high commission with very little money going to the police benevolent associations. Still they tend to be effective because people infer that if they don't contribute they'll be targeted for police harassment, or if they do pay they'll be get some kind of protection.

I had the same caller ID, but the caller mentioned my mom's name and he wanted to talk to her. I told him she could not speak English and what he wanted from her, but he just said goodbye and hung up.
