Good luck with that.
They'll do it...and take your number off list #1....and add it to #2, #3, #4, through #100, and then sall all but #2 to other telemarketers, and continue to call you off list #2 but use a different name. A lawyer would insist they abided by your wish, and removed you from their list....you didn't say anything about not adding you to other lists first.
A live person claimed to be selling "identity protection" to senior citizens. They try to collect your full name, mailing address, and email address. My agent could not explain how the service works. He would not say t e name of the company but did give a website for "Western Medical", but I do not think he had any connection to that company. When I refused to give personal info, the call was ended abruptly.
Call from this number on 10-28-2013 at 1:22 pm. Shows as SENIORCW. Caller wanted to 'give' me 'free' identity protection for older seniors. I told her I was a younger senior ----- and did not have time. Had to tell her 'Good-bye' three times and as I hung up -- she was still talking. Too bad the National Do Not Call List no longer works.
