The politics -- If this was a strait-up initiative, I'd vote for it. I always vote to increase funds to schools. Since those initiatives don't work, Denver's promoting a scholarship program to get more students into higher education. THE LIE: This really isn't so much scholarships for the students as it is a way to give more tax dollars to Colorado higher education. Please don't piss on my shoes and tell me its raining. I hope this one goes down because its premise is that voters are stupid and will fall for anything.

Just more back door politics. College Matters is an organization bent on acquiring more funds (scholarships) for higher education (whatever that means) in Colorado! But why do it on the up and up? BS works better. It is nothing more than a ruse to pay college costs for those wanting a degree but not willing to pay the cost. College Matters should be called the Clinton Freebees Program. Quit treating us like mushrooms....keep in the dark and shovel [***] on us. Why not get things in America the old fashion way.....EARN IT!!!
