Just received a call as well, and they we're silent. I will go ahead and file a grievence with the better business bureau (BBB). If these calls we're made out of state (of course). I will ask the BBB to further investigate. If it is out of the "jurisdiction". I will then ask if the BBB can have these calls cease.. atleast to my state. Interstate has to work together.
