I have recieved a call from this number and others starting " did u know that the fbi' then i hang up . i recieved one on 1/23/14 and other days for the past month. It's on my cell phone, thought was private.
If you answer there is a $459.00 a minute charge that goes to your phone bill. It is like a 1-900 number that calls you. Total scam. Once you answer, they will try to call back at another time. DON'T ANSWER!!! Most phone company's automatically will remove this charge because they are aware of the scam. But some people who are on auto payment with a credit card might miss the charge if they don't check their bill regularly and get F---ed

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada, Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

This number called this afternoon and it was a recording of some kind that started to say something about the FBI. As soon as I realized it was a recording I hung up
