I have recieved a call from this number and others starting " did u know that the fbi' then i hang up . i recieved one on 1/23/14 and other days for the past month. It's on my cell phone, thought was private.
I received a call from this number at 11:09am today, January 20th. It was a recording stating that there are 7 homes burglarized every minute of every day (or something along those lines) and if I would like to receive a free home security system press "1". The company name was not provided. That was on my cell phone. On my home phone I have been receiving similar calls from a number with a "206" area code. I have been on the "do not call" list since it first came out and it angers me that I still get the calls. I believe the way the "robo calls" get away with bothering us (John Q. Public) is that in order to speak with someone within the company you must push "1" to be connected. Their explanation is that "you" are the person who initiated the conversation - they were simply providing you with an opportunity. It's all symantics and it's ridiculous.
