Same as the rest. I turned on the scanner just before I answered, and the guy said he had a 'pre-recorded one question survey' just as the police chatter started in the background. He hung up in mid-sentence.
Sounds like a live person. But in the end I found it was a robo call. If you ask a question, the answer is no.
Given a choice, I would not have taken the call.
We NEVER answer calls from unknown numbers, regardless of what the Caller ID says, Robo-dialers can be programmed to display any name and any number, even your own name and your own phone number. So I don't trust Caller ID's and will never answer unless I recognize the phone number. Sad, people like these exist, but they will never speak to me!!! Blocked.
